John Ensslin is the current president of the Society of Professional Journalists. He is a reporter at The Record of Bergen County, NJ, where he covers the county government. He previously worked at newspapers in New York and Colorado, including Denver's Rocky Mountain News. He is a past president of The Denver Press Club and a member of its Hall of Fame.
