John Agoglia is Vice President for Government Services for IDS International. Retired after a career in the U.S. Army, his recent experience has focused on counter-insurgency, stability operations, and civilian-military relations. He served as the Director of the Counterinsurgency Training Center in Kabul, Afghanistan; directed the U.S. Army's Peace-keeping and Stability Operations Institute at the U.S. Army War College; and served as CENTCOM's liaison officer to Paul Bremer, the U.S. Civil Ambassador in Iraq.
