John Fund is a senior editor of the American Spectator. A former member of the Wall Street Journal's editorial board, Mr. Fund has written on voter fraud and election irregularities for the last decade and a half in the New Republic, the Wall Street Journal, and elsewhere. His previous book was "Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy."
