Michael Ford is the founding director of Xavier University's Center for Study of the American Dream. Ford has had a nearly 40-year career in politics, government, and business at all levels of American public life. He has held senior staff and senior advisory positions in nine Presidential campaigns, and has served as executive assistant to the Governor of Ohio and chief of staff for the mayor of Cincinnati.
