Author Roger Kimball is a columnist for Pajamas Media and editor and publisher of The New Criterion. He is also the publisher of the Encounter Books imprint, which specializes in conservative non-fiction titles. The most recent book he has written himself is "The Fortunes of Permanence: Culture and Anarchy in an Age of Amnesia" (published by St. Augustine's Press).
