BEN SISNEY, Senior Counsel for Litigation and Public Policy at the ACLJ’s Washington D.C. office And Member of President Trump’s 1st Impeachment legal team is our guest.
Sisney also serves as the ACLJ’s Director of FOIA Practice. Sisney practiced law in Oklahoma City for five years, following the conclusion of his two-year clerkship with United States District Judge Gregory K. Frizzell in Tulsa, two years with the American Center for Law and Justice in Virginia, and a Legal Fellowship with Senator James M. Inhofe in Washington, D.C. Sisney graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2007. As a law student, he interned with an Oklahoma District Attorney’s office and Oklahoma’s oil and gas administrative law court. Sisney’s practice has focused in the areas of government affairs and accountability, international and United Nations affairs, pro-life litigation and issues, family law, First Amendment law, and religious liberty.

In addition to teaching at Scalia Law School, Buckley is also a senior editor at the American Spectator and a columnist for the New York Post, and has written for numerous other publications including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Modern Age, National Review, the American Conservative, the New Criterion, Real Clear Politics, the National Post (Canada) and the Telegraph (UK). STEVE DALE, certified animal behavior consultant (CABC), has reached more pet owners over the past few decades than any other pet journalist in America.
He is the host of two nationally syndicated radio shows, Steve Dale’s Pet World and The Pet Minute (together heard on more than 100 radio stations, syndicated Black Dog Radio Productions, since 2005). He’s also a special contributor at WGN Radio, Chicago, and program host of Steve Dale’s Pet World (since 1997). He formerly hosted the nationally broadcast Animal Planet Radio. He’s currently a writer and contributing editor for CATster, and authors a column called Steve Dale’s Vet World for Veterinary Practice News. He’s also a columnist for the Journal of National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America and PetVet magazine. He also contributes blogs for various websites, including for Victoria Stilwell.
